Use the "Contact" button to send in your Amateur Radio VHF-UHF Simplex DX Observations. If necessary, look-up the DX call sign in one of the online callsign databases to get needed information. Be sure to incluse information such as signal report, conditions, your equipment, DX station's equipment, if known, etc. Do not report the details (text) of the QSO, if one was heard.
